Returns & Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE:
We’re always happy to offer returns or exchanges for any items that don’t work out as hoped.

If any items in your order are defective or were damaged during delivery please email us instead of returning the item(s).

Please Note: Clothing items that are dirty or have been washed cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return or exchange any items click to download a printable RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM to include with your return/exchange and send it back to:

If you are unable to print the return/exchange form please include the following information in the package along with your item(s):

  • Order number
  • The item you would like to exchange for
  • The reason for the return/exchange
  • Your shipping address
  • A contact email
  • A contact phone number

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to us. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. We will ship any exchange items back via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge for shipping.

If items are returned later than 120 days from the initial purchase date we are unable to issue a direct refund. Returns that are received past 120 days will be given store credit for the returned item amount in the form of a coupon code.

International Returns and Exchanges: Because of the high cost of international shipping we’re unable to offer exchanges for any orders outside of the United States. We do offer refunds for merchandise returned from international orders. Shipping costs for international orders are not refundable.
