We’re always happy to offer returns or exchanges for any items that don’t work out as hoped.
This includes items that were purchased from our store and given as a gift.
If any items in your order are defective or were damaged during delivery please email us instead of returning them
✅ THE RETURN/EXCHANGE CHECKLIST
Please follow the steps below:
✅ 1) Make sure items are in “like new” condition
We ask that you send items to us in a condition that you would be happy to receive them
This includes things like:
- Clothing items have not been washed
- Free from pet hair
- No perfume or cologne scents
- No cigarette smoke smell
- No deodorant stains
- No dirt or grease spots
If we determine that any items are not in good enough condition to sell to future customers we reserve the right to not issue a refund or send an exchange.
✅ 2) Include the information we need so that we know what to do with the items when we receive them

If you are exchanging an item that was a gift it’s okay to not include information about the original order.
If you are unable to print the return/exchange form please include the following information in the package along with your items.
Required:
- The item you would like to exchange for
- The reason for the return/exchange
- Your shipping address
- A contact email
- A contact phone number
Optional (but very helpful to us)
- The original order number or date

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. We will ship any exchange items back via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge for shipping.
If items are returned later than 120 days from the initial purchase date we are unable to issue a direct refund. Returns that are received past 120 days will be given store credit for the returned item amount in the form of a coupon code.
International Returns and Exchanges: Because of the high cost of international shipping we’re unable to offer exchanges for any orders outside of the United States. We do offer refunds for merchandise returned from international orders. If you received a defective or damaged item please contact us and we will refund the cost of the item from your order. Shipping costs for international orders are not refundable.
