Can you print a custom fine art poster?
Yes, we can do custom fine art poster orders of most of Ray’s artwork. Please contact us to get price quote. Prices for custom prints are based on size and vary from $95 – $295.
Because of the size of the paper we use for printing we are unable to do single small sized custom prints. Small prints of approximately 10×10 inches can be ordered in multiples of 2 and will cost approximately $60 each.
What is the status of my order?
You can the form below to find out the status of your order. The page will reload when you click “track” so you’ll need to reopen this question to see the order status results.
Processing = We’ve received your order and will be packing it soon
On Hold = Reasons for on hold orders include things like waiting for a book to be personalized, waiting to for a response to an email about the shipping address, waiting for a poster to be printed, and an item is currently out of stock but will be restocked very soon. If your order is on hold and we haven’t contacted you about why please feel free to email us to find out the reason and the estimated hold time.
Completed = Your order has been shipped
Failed = Your payment failed
How do I create a user account?
You can set up a user account during the order checkout process. There will be a box to check to use the information provided during checkout to create an account.
You can also go here to register for an account.
A user account isn’t required to place orders. We have many people who check out as a “guest” without creating an account. Creating a user account will allow you to save your address information for future orders and to check on the details of past orders.
Why can't I reset my account password?
When we moved our store over to our new shopping cart system user account information was unfortunately one of the things we weren’t able to transfer. If you’re trying to reset your account password but you aren’t receiving the email to complete the process it’s likely that you haven’t set up an account with our new shopping cart system.
A quick way to find out if there is a user account associated with your email address is to go here and try to register for a new account. If your email address isn’t associated with an account already you will be able to set up a new account. If you receive the message that the email address you’re using is already registered to an account please email us for more help.

The product I'm looking for is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
When you’re on the listing page for an item and it comes up as “out of stock” there will most likely be an “Email when back in stock” option that also shows up. If the “Email when back in stock” option is available it’s an item or size that we’re planning to restock. You can sign up to receive a notification email as soon as we restock. If the “Email when back in stock” option is not available it means that we aren’t planning to have that item in stock again.
I would like to purchase a shirt of an older design? Do you still have it?
If you’ve used the search field on our site and found that the design you’re looking for doesn’t show up, unfortunately that means that it’s out of print and we no longer have any in stock. There is another site that sells Ray’s shirts that sometimes still has older designs still in stock. You can find them here.
Can you print a custom order of an older design, or print an existing design on a special style of clothing?
Because our designs are printed in larger batches we’re unable to do single prints of special designs or on special clothing. If you’re interested in ordering larger quantities of t-shirts of an existing design on a different style of clothing or with a custom logo added to the sleeve you can find the information on our t-shirt printer’s website here.
Do the t-shirts feel a little different now?
Some of our regular customers may notice that the designs on many of our shirts have a slightly different feel to them. This is because our t-shirt printer has transitioned away from traditional silk screen printing to a hybrid method of direct-to-garment printing over a screen printed base.
This new method gives a much more accurate match to the original artwork with greater detail in the line work. There’s also a slightly lighter feel to the design, since not as much ink is being applied to the garment. The inks in the new process are water based and more environmentally friendly.
The colors on some of the designs may be a bit less vibrant than traditional screen printing techniques that use plastisol inks, but we’re working to dial in the colors for all the designs to get them as bold as they can be. We’ve also tried washing the new shirts multiple times and found them to hold up well. They actually get softer to the touch with multiple washings.
As our stock of screen printed shirts phases out and the hybrid printed shirts are phased in there will be a mix of both styles being shipped for orders.
