HOLIDAY SHIPPING REMINDER
During the holiday season we make every effort to pack and ship every order as quickly as we can, but unexpected weather conditions or Postal Service delays do occasionally happen. REMEMBER: Your order is being shipped from a small island town in Alaska. Orders are normally packed within 1-3 days of the order date and spend 5-7 days in transit but we recommend ordering TWO WEEKS OR MORE before you need to have your order to be sure it arrives on time.

Please be aware that our store does not maintain regular hours. Local pickup orders will require scheduling a pickup time. If you’re in Ketchikan we encourage you to visit Star Gallery, located at 5 Creek Street. Star Gallery carries all of the current Ray Troll t-shirts, button up shirts, sweatshirts, books, and many other Ray Troll items. If you would prefer to place a Ray Troll Web Store order online we offer the options of free pickup or shipping for local orders.
