The Yin Yang symbol represents the ancient Chinese philosophy that all things exist as inseparable, contradictory, and complementary opposites—such as light and dark, male and female, and action and rest. It symbolizes that opposing forces are interconnected, constantly flowing, and interdependent, achieving balance and harmony through their interaction. This version of that concept depicts life and death via salmon who are born orphans and die never seeing their offspring.

This design is also a “super soft” print using zero ink. It’s printed using a ‘discharge’ technique that bleaches out the design on a dark shirt leaving no ink on the shirt at all. They truly feel oh-so-soft to the touch!
