In 2005 I was commissioned to do a poster for the national American Fisheries Society annual meeting that was held in Anchorage that year. The committee asked me to show the various human uses of Alaskan fishes so you’ll notice sport fishing, commercial fishing, scientific and artistic “inspiration” and cultural/subsistence usage. The original is pen and Ink and watercolor.
